The middle step

Al Ashar Printers has traded as a Lahore printing press since 2017, producing offset and digital print, custom packaging, labels and branded corporate products for businesses across Pakistan and for export.

Most printers take a file and print it. We put a stage in between: before anything goes to plate, the client holds a physical sample — cut and creased in the production board, on the actual dieline, in the actual finish. It exists because the mistakes that cost the most in printing are never made on the press. They are made before it, in a dieline drawn for the wrong board or a colour approved from a screen, and they are cheap to catch there and expensive to discover later. Everything about how this press is organised follows from that.

Our retail sister store, aprints.pk, serves small quantities and ready-made products online. This site, and this press, serve businesses that need a specification met.

Credentials

Certifications and registrations

We publish a certification only with its issuing body, certificate number and expiry date, and only with a copy on file. Pharmaceutical and export buyers audit, and an unevidenced badge fails that audit faster than an honest gap.

No certifications are listed, because we list only what we can evidence

What we can show you instead is the control set we actually operate on every job — which is what a supplier audit asks to see in any case.
