Packaging

Custom packaging boxes and cartons

Every box starts as a dieline drawn to your product’s real dimensions and the caliper of the board. Choose by construction, by material or by what you are packing — and you will hold a physical sample before we produce a single thousand.

By material

Choose by board

Board decides cost, print quality and how the pack survives handling — usually more than the artwork does.

Questions about packaging

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

Mono cartons and folding boxes, rigid and magnetic-closure boxes, corrugated mailers, kraft boxes, sleeve boxes, window boxes, tuck-end boxes and printed paper bags. Each is drawn to its own dieline for your product.

Function first. A folding carton ships flat and erects on a line. A rigid box feels premium but is hand-assembled and takes far longer. A corrugated mailer exists to survive a courier network. Tell us the product, the sales channel and the deadline and we will recommend the construction.

The flat engineering drawing of the box: cut lines, crease lines, glue flaps, bleed and safety margin. It is drawn to your product dimensions and to the caliper of the board, because board thickness changes the geometry. Free templates for standard styles are in our dieline library.

Duplex is the economical retail workhorse. SBS or art card is white throughout, so it prints better inside and out. Kraft is natural but mutes CMYK. Corrugated is for anything that ships on its own. Greyboard is the rigid core inside a wrapped box.

Yes. A structural mock-up is cut and creased in the actual production board on your actual dieline, so you can check product fit, rigidity and the opening action before anything is printed.

Yes — nationwide, and we produce export orders with packing specified for the destination market.
