The gift is half the job

A branded mug in a plain brown box undoes the impression it was bought to make. Because we print the packaging too, the box, the sleeve, the card and the bag can all be produced to the same brand colour as the gift itself — which is the part most gift suppliers cannot do.

Corporate gifts in Lahore — branding, packaging and delivery

Corporate gifting fails in predictable ways: the logo is stretched or the wrong colour, the gift arrives in generic packaging, or the whole programme lands a week after the event. All three are avoidable, and all three are about process rather than product.

Decoration method is chosen by the item, not by preference. Screen and pad printing suit flat and curved surfaces respectively and are economical at volume. UV and DTF printing handle full-colour artwork on materials that would defeat screen. Laser engraving gives a permanent mark on metal and wood with no ink at all, which reads as more considered on pens, flasks and desk items. Embroidery is the standard for apparel and caps. The right answer depends on the substrate, the artwork and the quantity.

Artwork matters more here than in print, because the reproduction area is small and often single-colour. A logo built for a letterhead frequently has to be redrawn or simplified for a 20 mm engraving. We would rather do that at the artwork stage than deliver five hundred items with an illegible mark.

Then there is presentation. Because we are a printing press first, the packaging is not an afterthought bought in from somewhere else: the rigid box, the sleeve, the greeting card and the carrier bag are printed here, to the same brand colour, and the whole set arrives assembled and ready to hand over.

Most gifting is deadline-driven — Eid, year end, a conference, an onboarding intake. Tell us the date first and the quantity second; it changes which decoration methods and which items are realistic. See how we work for what happens between your brief and the delivery.

Quantity works differently here from print. On press, unit cost falls steadily as the run lengthens. On merchandise it falls in steps, because the item itself is bought in and its supplier has their own break points — the jump from ninety to a hundred units can cost less per piece than the jump from a hundred to a hundred and ten. If your number sits near a threshold we will say so, because rounding up occasionally lowers the total invoice rather than raising it.

Item selection deserves more thought than it usually gets. A cheap pen that stops writing is worse than no gift at all: it is a branded reminder of poor judgement sitting on a desk. Fewer, better items almost always outperform a larger quantity of forgettable ones, particularly for client gifting where the recipient already owns everything they need. We would rather sell you three hundred good items than a thousand disposable ones.

Finally, plan the unboxing. A gift handed over in a printed sleeve box with a short card reads as deliberate; the same gift in a polythene bag does not, however good the item is.

Questions

Questions about corporate gifts

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

Diaries and notebooks, pens and desk sets, mugs and drinkware, water bottles and flasks, apparel and caps, lanyards and badges, bags and totes, tech accessories, keychains and coasters — plus the gift boxes and bags they arrive in.

By whatever the item suits: screen or pad printing for flat and curved surfaces, UV or DTF printing for full-colour artwork, laser engraving for a permanent mark on metal and wood, embroidery for apparel. The substrate, the artwork and the quantity decide it.

Vector artwork is best, because the reproduction area is small and often single-colour. A logo built for a letterhead frequently needs simplifying for a 20 mm engraving — we would rather do that at artwork stage than deliver five hundred items with an illegible mark.

Yes, and it is the part most gift suppliers cannot do. Because we are a printing press, the rigid box, sleeve, greeting card and carrier bag are printed here to the same brand colour as the gift itself.

It varies by item and decoration method — screen printing and laser engraving have different economics. We confirm it with your quote.

As early as you can. Gifting is deadline-driven, and the date changes which items and decoration methods are realistic — so tell us the date first and the quantity second.
