Custom corrugated mailer boxes
E or B flute, crash-lock or roll-end — built for transit
E-commerce and anything that has to survive a courier network. The flute does the protecting; the print does the branding.
When another style suits you better
- Consider Mono cartons for retail shelf packs that ship inside an outer carton.
The dieline
How this box is cut and folded
The roll-end tuck front needs no glue: the side walls roll up and the front panel tucks into the base, so the box assembles flat-packed and by hand.

Editable dieline template
A print-ready template with cut, crease and glue areas marked. Give it to your designer and the artwork will fit the box first time.

Hold one before you order
A structural mock-up is cut and creased in the actual production board, on your actual dieline. You can check that your product fits, how rigid the board is and how the box opens — before anything is printed.
Tell us the product and the rough dimensions and we will confirm what we can make and what it costs.

Questions about corrugated mailers
Anything not answered here, ask us directly — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.
The e-commerce standard. The side walls roll up from the base and the front panel tucks into it, so the box needs no glue, ships flat and is assembled by hand in seconds.
E flute is thin and fine, so it prints well and suits retail-facing mailers. B flute is thicker and absorbs more impact. It is a transit question rather than an aesthetic one — tell us the product weight and how far it travels.
Yes. Inside printing is what makes unboxing feel considered, and on a mailer the inner face is visible for longer than the outer one.
That is what the flute is for. Print protects nothing; board structure does. If the product is fragile we will also look at inserts, because a box that survives while the contents rattle has not solved the problem.
